Inside Dubai Deep Dive
There are many shows to discover at Dubai's Deep Dive. Let me tell you about some of the unique experiences to be had here.
The Sunken City and its wonders
Deep Dive Dubai's vast pools are not unique for their size. Featuring an underwater cityscape, they offer a dynamic experience for divers, unlike the bed of the swimming pool with simple white tiles.
"The Sunken City" is fashioned after the concept of the post-apocalyptic ruins of an underwater city. The city can be explored at different depths by all those taking part in Deep Dive Dubai experiences, whether they are scuba diving, freediving or snorkeling.
What makes it so amazing is that the underwater landscape changes with each depth, giving the impression that nature takes over the deeper you go! You'll find :
- From 0 to 25 m: shop windows, lampposts, vending machines, benches.
- At 28 m: a complete apartment.
- At 38 m: a car garage with cars, motorcycles, arcade games, etc.
- From 40 to 60 m: a deep well with brick walls and graffiti.
Technology at Deep Dive Dubai
Equipped with state-of-the-art technology, Deep Dive Dubai is much more than the world's deepest pool! It boasts a filtration system developed by NASA.
The pool's water filtration system filters fresh pool water every 6 hours, making it one of the largest and fastest filter systems in the region.
The water passes through a perlite filter made of volcanic rock, where organic matter, as well as dust and debris, are removed. Next, state-of-the-art technology developed by NASA uses the ionization process to control bacteria. Finally, UV reactors disinfect the water by eliminating all bacteria before the water temperature is adjusted for discharge into the pool.
Now you know the different prices charged at Deep Dive Dubai. On your next visit, if you'd like to discover the underwater world, I'd advise you to and enjoy the experience.
