Considered one of the best scuba diving spots in Dubai, Jumeirah Beach offers small sites for beginners to see the lively aquatic life of the Gulf. For experienced divers, you can visit wrecks and discover other underwater wonders.

Sharm Rock

Le Mariam Express

Engulfed by raging waters in 2006, the Mariam Express was a ferry traveling from the United Arab Emirates to Iraq. Strong currents were the main reason for the incident, but the ferry was also overloaded. Today, its cargo serves as a spectacular diving site in Dubai. It is located at a depth of 18 to 25 metresSome of the marine species you can observe here include a variety of flatworms, torpedo rays and yellowtail barracudas. MV Ludwig
