City Walk is close to many well-established residential communities and ideally located at the junction of Safa Road and Al Wasl Road. Also located close to Sheikh Zayed Road, residents can easily commute to nearby communities such as:

Al Wasl and Al Safa are areas close to the southwest side of City Walk Dubai. These areas are known for their shared facilities, include supermarkets and a host of schools. On the northeast side is Al Satwa, while Business Bay covers the southern end of City Walk.
