Dubai Garden Glow: article summary
Dubai Garden Glow, a fairytale park with illuminated installations
Visit Dubai Garden Glow is an amusement park where structures are built using LED bulbs and recycled materials. The idea is to offer visitors a magical, enchanting and, above all, highly original experience!
This superb garden, located Zabeel Park (a large green space in Dubai much appreciated by the locals) is home to a variety of installations - animals, landscapes, monuments, etc. - that will sparkle and make the eyes glisten. - that will make your eyes sparkle and shine. for young and old. The main theme changes every year, so the Dubai Garden Glow is constantly evolving.
It is divided into 5 main zones:
- Visit Glow ParkThese structures, made up of over 10 million LEDs, glow in the dark: come at dusk to enjoy them!
- Visit Dinosaur Park where you can admire over 120 animatronics - animated dinosaur replicas that growl and wiggle - and which is the world's largest Dino Park.
- L'Art Parkwith hundreds of creations in plastic bottles, CDs and ceramic pieces.
- L'Ice ParkThis area is made up of ice statues and is only accessible at extra cost. The interest is limited, and even if it's going to be cold, I'd recommend you go for a swim instead. Skiing in Dubai... !
- Visit Magic Parkalso available as an optional extra, allows you to admire 3D creations with stunning visual effects, and take part in a number of activities. magiclike trompe-l'œil or illusions
If you're looking for What to do in Dubai At the end of the day, the Dubai Garden Glow is a great choice for both adults without children and families. It's a a relaxing activitya truly surprising experience, well worth the detour!
What is included in the ticket for the Dubai Garden Glow?
The Dubai Garden Glow ticket allows you to enter and circulate freely in the park, with access to the following 3 zones: Glow Park, Dinosaur Park and Art Park.
You can wander at your leisure through this vast garden, for a visit that will take your breath away. between 2 and 3 hoursat your own pace.
Clearly, the lighting section is the most impressive, but it's much better to visit the Dubai Garden Glow in the evening, once the sun has set, just as it is for the the Dubai fountain. During the day, you'll notice the minor flaws in the installations, and the visual effect is less impressive. But at night, it's a sight to behold!
The Art Park is interesting, as much for its concept of showing what recycled materials can become with a little talent and creativity, than for his highly successful installations.
But personally, it's Dinosaur Park my favorite! It's like being in Jurassic Park, with the music, the dinosaur grunts and very well reproduced creatures, some of which look real.
We pass through an area devoted to the extinction of the dinosaurs, which is amusing because the huge lizards are simply lying on the ground (!), and take a few liberties with history when the creatures are coloured or even humanized, which will make visitors smile. Likewise, the visit will be more exciting at night.
There's something for everyone, for a relaxing walk that I highly recommend during your trip. visit to Dubai.
