Ice skating in Dubai
One of the most fun things to do in Dubai in summer is to discover the Olympic ice rink at the Dubai Mall. This place offers great fun and is perfect for children and adults alike. You can even skate to the beat to the sound of the rink's DJ.
The Dubai ice rink also offers learning programs to improve your skills. It's also an ideal venue for events and birthday parties.
As far as prices are concerned, you should allow for :

- 125 AED for DJ evenings (€34)

Ski Dubai
Located in the Mall of the Emirates, Ski Dubai offers an experience like no other! You can enjoy the pleasure of skiing on real snow in winter conditions during the hot, scorching summer.
In addition to skiing, there are many other Ski Dubai-based activities. You can have a snowball fight, watch the penguins, ride a Tyrolean traverse or watch a film at the Snow Cinema.
To enjoy this place, you must count :
- Enter 175 AED and 320 AED (between €48 and €89) depending on what you want to do on site

Discover indoor skydiving at Ifly
Embark on an indoor skydiving adventure at iFly this summer! Nestled in downtown Mirdif, iFly offers visitors a gravity-defying virtual reality skydiving tour.
Once you're fully equipped with a windproof suit and goggles, you're taken into a wind tunnel that moves the air upwards, making you glide as if you were flying through the sky.
The experience is exhilarating, and the facility takes good care of you to make sure you're comfortable at all times. Inside the tunnel, you're accompanied by an instructor who helps you every step of the way.
For prices, expect to pay :
- 149 AED for beginners (€41)
- 1,750 AED for experienced users (€487)

Discover Dubai's underwater zoo
Looking for underwater adventure this summer? Head for the aquarium and the Dubai Underwater Zoo. This magnificent Dubai Mall aquarium includes a 10 million liters containing over 33,000 aquatic animalsincluding sand tiger sharks.
You can observe 140 species of marine creatures floating overhead as you stroll through the 48-meter-long underwater aquarium tunnel. The zoo section of the facility is also fun to visit. You'll meet a wide range of animals, including the giant King Croc, who relax in comfortable habitats.

Get up close to dolphins at the Dubai dolphinarium
This summer, get ready to meet and play with dolphins at the Dubai Dolphinarium! Offering a unique dolphin and sea lion show, you can enjoy the impressive acrobatic feats of these marine animals. What's more, this entertainment center is extremely popular with visitors to Dubai.
At the Delphinarium, you can watch sea creatures dance, juggle and jump through hoops all day long. In addition to marine mammals, you can even discover 20 different species of animals and birds from all over the world.
To enjoy this place, you must count :
- 105 AED for adults (€29)
- 50 AED per child (€13)
The dolphinarium is open:

Interesting outdoor things to do in Dubai in summer
Despite soaring temperatures, there's plenty of outdoor fun to be had in Dubai during the summer.
Enjoy the beach
In Dubai, there are many Beach Club. Some of them, like Zero Gravity, are particularly popular in summer. In addition to the beach, you can enjoy excellent cuisine at the Killa Grilla restaurant or even book a private barbecue evening just for your friends and family.
If you feel the need to refresh, you can discover their infinity pool.
If you're in a more relaxed mood, you can always unwind with a cocktail. There are many events organized at Zero Gravity, so try to plan your visit around their summer brunch or one of their more popular evening events.

Soak up the sun on Dubai's beaches
Located along the azure waters of the Gulf, there's no shortage of beaches in Dubai. The emirate's sandy beaches are all well-developed and offer a host of facilities and activities to occupy your days.
Although the days are too hot for the beaches in summer, you can always enjoy the warm evenings before sunset.
Public beaches offer free admission and access to certain facilities. There are changing rooms, toilets, lounge areas, running and cycling tracks, and some beaches even have outdoor gyms.
You can also visit Dubai's Kite Beach for water sports and other activities.
If you like water sports, you can go kite surfing and paddle-boarding. Sunset Beach in Jumeirah offers perfect waves for surfing, while Kite Beach lets you try your hand at competitive kiteboarding.
Dining in Dubai's open-air restaurants
There's no shortage of incredible open-air restaurants in Dubai. Whether you're looking to dine on a budget or satisfy your taste buds with gourmet delights, Dubai has everything you could be looking for!
You can find an excellent range of kitchens from all over the world.

Wild Wadi Waterpark, Aquaventure, Legoland and Laguna Waterpark are some of the most popular water parks to visit this summer. While Wild Wadi boasts a gentle wave pool, Aquaventure Waterpark is known for its Tyrolean traverse and shark safari!
