Located in the heart of new Dubai, Marina Walk is a must-see destination. It's a seven-kilometre-long tree-lined promenade winding around the architectural marvel that is Dubai Marina.
As well as being a stone's throw from the beach, Dubai Marina Walk is home to chic cafés and restaurants, popular retail outlets and a variety of activities for visitors!
A bite to eat on the spot
Dubai is a gourmet's dream destination, and the Dubai Marina Walk only goes to prove it. The multitude of cafés and restaurants on Dubai Marina Walk will satisfy the cravings of almost any cuisine.
You'll find delicious breakfasts and cafes here, as well as crowd favorites like Reem Al Bawadi, Nando's and PF Chang's. Dubai Marina Walk restaurants offer open-air dining overlooking the magnificent marina.
Looking for something a little fancier? Head to Pier 7, which offers seven culinary adventures in an architectural monument. An excellent addition to Dubai's gastronomic scene, Pier 7 offers an exquisite culinary experience with a breathtaking view. emerald waters and the Persian Gulf.
Shopping at Dubai Marina Walk
For shopping, head to the Dubai Marina Mall next to Pier 7. This small mall is home to well-known fashion, beauty, electronics and interior design brands. Stores at Dubai Marina Mall include ICONIC, H & M, Steve Madden, Ted Baker, Sephora and more!
The mall is also home to one of Dubai's two Waitrose supermarkets, making it popular with locals.
Go for a walk or bike ride
The promenade features wide avenues lined with lush palms and landscaped greenery. With its lively atmosphere and breathtaking views of the marina and glittering skyscrapers, it's the ideal place for a stroll. The Dubai Marina Walk fountain, located near the Marina Towers, is another must-see!
You can also rent bicycles to get around the promenade! Keep an eye out for BYKY stands dotted around the marina promenade. Simply sign up at the booths and rent bikes using your cell phone number.
Enjoy the playgrounds
Let the kids have fun on the promenade! There are several children's play areas located along the promenade, with slides, swings and climbing walls!
These playgrounds are lined with benches so you can relax while your children play. The rubber floor allows the little ones to have fun without hurting themselves.
Charter a yacht or enjoy a dhow cruise
Visit Dubai Marina in a whole new way with spectacular dhow cruises! The sight of traditional dhows and yachts floating in the waters of the marina is not to be missed. There are different types of cruises on Dubai Marina Walk.
You can then choose to have dinner on a luxury boat or enjoy the sunset from a traditional dhow. From your boat, you can enjoy the marvellous view of the city of Dubai.
Visit the mosque
The Mohammed Bin Ahmed Al Mulla Mosque is a jewel located on the Marina promenade, which is beautifully lit at night. Non-Muslims who have never been inside a mosque and are curious about the Islamic faith can now experience a guided tour of this magnificent place of worship.
The guided tour is free of charge. It includes a 45-minute guided tour in English and refreshments for visitors. The tour is open to visitors of all nationalities, faiths, ages and genders, and is an excellent opportunity for tourists and residents alike to learn more about Islamic culture.

How do I get to Dubai Marina Walk?
Thanks to its prime location, the Marina Walk is easily accessible via various modes of transport. Wondering how to get to Dubai Marina Walk? If you're traveling by the Dubai Metro, get off at Damac Properties station. From here, it's a five-minute walk to the marina promenade.
Alternatively, get off at DMCC station, cross the viaduct and take the Dubai streetcar to Dubai Marina Mall station.
If you are travelling by car, take exit 32 from Sheikh Zayed Road and follow the signs to Dubai Marina. Continue along Al Khayay Street to reach Dubai Marina Walk.
Travelling by bus? Take bus 8, which stops at station 2 of Jumeirah Beach Residence. From here, it's a five-minute walk to the marina promenade.
