If you're looking to see the sights under a blue sky without baking in the sun, opt for a vacation in Dubai during the winter months, ideally between mid-November and early December, or early March.
What's the best season for shopping in Dubai?
Dubai is a fashionable city. It's a year-round shopping paradise, but things get more interesting in January with the annual Dubai Shopping Festival. Think of it as a high-end version of our January saleswhere you can get huge bargains on just about anything.
Discounts even extend to the Outlet Mall, where last season's clothes and accessories are already sold out. Can't make it to Dubai in January? You're in luck! The best time to visit the Burj Khalifa
If you want to get close to the clouds, Dubai's Burj Khalifa is pretty impressive. There's no better place to see everything about the city. Here, on the observation deck of the Burj Khalifayou'll find yourself at the top of the world's tallest building.
The bay windows offer 360-degree views of Dubai, the Arabian Desert and the Gulf of Oman. You can also see the famous Dubai Fountain and watch the planes dance at Dubai International Airport.
Want to avoid the longest queues and biggest crowds? Visit the Burj Khalifa during the summer months! if it's too hot in the city to spend time outside, you'll be cool inside the tower. What's more, the sunsets from the Burj Khalifa's tourist floors are spectacular.
The best season to enjoy the sun and beaches
In this part of the Middle East, it doesn't really get cold. In fact, Dubai's winter doesn't really exist. Here, temperatures rarely drop below 24 degrees. This means that sunbathing is possible all year round.
To make the most of the fine weather, Dubai offers an astonishing selection of beaches. Its coastline is lined with platinum-colored beaches bathed by the clear waters of the Persian Gulf. However, the scorching sun of July and August is too intense to enjoy a pleasant tanning session.
So, if swimming in the Arabian Sea and refining your tan are high on your list of things to do in Dubai, visit the city in april or may. It's also low season, so hotel rates are generally lower and you'll have plenty of space to plant your parasol!
