How much does the Dubai monorail cost?
Palm Monorail ticket prices start from AED 10 (€2 80) for a one-way ticket, while the round-trip price starts at AED 15 (€4.20). Children measuring less than 110 cm can free travel. The monorail also offers various annual and monthly travel packages for regular passengers.
Travelers can purchase monorail tickets online via the Palm Monorail website or from stations. Each monorail station has a customer service department where residents and tourists can purchase Palm Monorail tickets. in cash, by credit or debit card.
What are the different stations on the Palm Jumeirah monorail?
The monorail passes through different stations along its 5.5 km length. Each station stops in one of the site's places of interest Palm Jumeirah.
Palm Gateway
Palm Gateway is the first monorail station located at the entrance to Palm Jumeirah Island. Travelers can reach it by car or via the Dubai tramway. The station is well-equipped with a customer assistance desk and over 1,600 parking spaces for people travelling with their own vehicle.
Al Ittihad Park
The next stop is in Al Ittihad Park, one of Dubai's best parks. The park is popular with fitness enthusiasts, as it is home to a 3.2 km jogging track and various training facilities. The monorail track crosses the park, offering a refreshing view of the surrounding greenery.
Passengers can get off at this station to visit the Golden Mile Galleria Mall, an elegant shopping center with several restaurants and an outdoor leisure area.
Nakheel shopping center
The monorail station at Nakheel Mall opened in November 2019 along with the mall itself. The destination is a leading shopping destination in Dubai which offers popular retail outlets and other attractions for visitors.
In addition to the stores, the mall's other major facilities include a cinema, restaurants and much more. It is also now possible to access the superb observation terrace, The View at Palm Jumeirah, from the Nakheel shopping center.
Atlantis Aquaventure water park
The Atlantis monorail station is located next to the entrance to the fantastic Atlantis Aquaventure water park. The popular leisure attraction is part of Dubai's most renowned luxury resort: Atlantis. Visitors can enjoy a range of water activities here, including snorkeling, exciting on-water experiences and much more.
The Pointe
The Pointe monorail station is the newest monorail station. The Pointe in Dubai is a popular destination for leisure activities. The site also features a wide choice of restaurants and stores. The most important attraction at The Pointe is the Palm Fountain, the world's largest fountain.
