What are the check-in and check-out times?

Hotel guests can check-in at 2 p.m. and check-out at 12 p.m.. Late check-out after 12 pm is subject to availability. Additional late check-out fees may apply.

How to reach One and Only from The Palm

Palm Jumeirah is currently not served by the metro of Dubai, however, the monorail is a good option for getting around the island, but cannot be used to go directly to the hotel. You'll have to finish your journey by cab or public transport to reach the facility.

Does the hotel provide airport transfers?

The hotel offers transfers to and from Dubai International Airport. A luxury car can usually accommodate up to three adults and two children under the age of 12. For groups of five or more, a larger, more spacious vehicle can be reserved.
