Photo in Dubai: article summary
Photo in Dubai: The Burj Al-Arab
The good news is that you don't need to stay overnight to experience the luxury of a seven-star hotel. The spa at Burj Al Arab is undoubtedly the most impressive area of the hotel, and if you book a treatment, you'll have access to the various facilities. Surprisingly, on site, photos are permitted.
With its unique architecture, the Burj Al Arab will always be one of Dubai's best photo spots. This impressive structure is one of the city's most recognizable, alongside the impressive Burj Khalifa. For the best shots, take a boat and use the Burj Al Arab as a backdrop for your photos.
The Palace in downtown Dubai
Of all the hotels in Dubai, The Palace in the city center is one of my favorites. If you're not staying in this beautiful place, you can enjoy the view it offers as a backdrop for all your photography. Close to the Dubai MallI'd advise you to take a detour to get some great shots.
You can then head off for a day's shopping in one of Dubai's largest shopping malls.
Atlantis
Atlantis the Palm is one of the world's most recognizable hotels. The impressive resort has plenty to offer in terms of photo opportunities. However, for a more interesting backdrop, head for the private beach. The beach is open to guests only. You may need to reserve a spot in order to enjoy it.
This is one of the busiest hotels in Dubai. So, if you want to take photos, I'd advise you to stop by at sunrise while the other guests are asleep.
The Dubai desert
Just as you can't visit Rome without visiting Vatican City, you can't visit Rome without visiting Vatican City. you can't visit Dubai without visiting its desert. These vast dunes have become everyone's favorite photographic spot in Dubai. It's also the perfect place to spend an afternoon exploring the dunes in your 4×4.
For the best photos, I advise you to book a hot-air balloon at sunrise and fly over the local desert landscapes. Find out more about hot-air balloon travelers, I'll leave you the article I wrote on the subject here.
Photo in Dubai: The Four Seasons district
Business hotels, including the Four Seasons in the financial district an interesting place to photograph. The rooftop pool is one of the most photogenic pools you'll find anywhere in the world.
The backdrop is the Dubai clock tower. For the best shots, I recommend coming to the site at sunrise, when the desert sun is shining. casts a soft orange glow over the hotel.
Jumeirah beach
One of Dubai's most popular spots is Jumeirah Beach. This is where you'll find many travelers and expatriates sipping a cocktail in one of the many beach clubs.
As this is one of the few places where you can drink in publicThere's a great atmosphere at weekends. With the Burj Al Arab in the background, you can't go wrong. It's the perfect place for great photos with friends in Dubai.
Photo in Dubai: the Burj Khalifa
The view from the top of Burj Khalifathe world's tallest building, is undoubtedly one of the most magnificent in the world. At 828 metres high, the building is intimidating to say the least. If you're not afraid of heights, be sure to take the elevator up to level 148, at an altitude of 555 metres.
It's from here that you can admire the view of the city at sunset. Another ideal time to visit is at sunrise, when you have the impression of floating above the cloudsbefore the midday sun sets. I guarantee you'll be able to take some wonderful photographs from here.
The tea house in Al Fahidi
The Tea House in the Al Fahidi district is one of Dubai's lesser-known spots, but one of my favorites. This beautiful teahouse shows the history and culture of Dubai.
Al Fahidi is a cultural spot right in the heart of the city where you can stroll the empty streets, visit museums and buy a few souvenirs. The Arab-style streets are also the perfect place to make beautiful photographs during your stay.
Photos are the easiest souvenirs to bring back from Dubai. By visiting the various places I've presented in this article, you'll get the best shots of the city.
