Spread out on either side of the famous Jumeirah Beach Road, Umm Suqeim has quietly developed into one of the city's trendiest and most original neighborhoods.

There are several luxury hotels in Umm Suqeim. However, if I have to recommend a few, I suggest you stay at one of the following hotels.
Located in Umm Suqeim 3, the Jumeirah Beach Hotel features 598 rooms and suites, 20 restaurants and bars and 19 beachfront villas. Located close to the water park Wild WadiGuests have unlimited access. This wave-shaped hotel is located close to the Burj Al Arab.
The Park Regis Boutique is located in the heart of the district. It features 21 rooms and suites and luxurious amenities. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, desks, safe, tea and coffee making facilities, mini-bar and TV. You can also choose from a range of rooms to suit your budget.
The Lemon Tree Hotel is located on Al Wasl Road, close to many tourist destinations. It offers 114 rooms and facilities such as Lemon Tree Café, an open-air lounge and multicultural café.
Using public transport
Recognized as one of Dubai's oldest and most established neighborhoods, this area offers numerous public bus stops, which can take you anywhere in Dubai. There are two metro stations in the neighborhood: Noor Bank and First Abu Dhabi Bank. The neighborhood is not far from the center of town, so it's not too difficult to find a cab.

The neighborhood is close to various social centers in Dubai. Let's take a closer look at what this neighborhood has to offer the residents who live there.
Enjoy an afternoon of shopping
There are many small, community-focused shopping destinations in Umm Suqeim, such as J3 and The Mall, as well as numerous boutiques and retail outlets. However, Umm Suqeim residents have quick access to the Mall of the Emirates and Dubai Mallboth about 10-15 minutes away in opposite directions.
Eating and drinking in this district
Umm Suqeim is also home to many quaint cafés and restaurants. Those looking for a unique culinary experience can visit the fabulous Madinat Jumeirah complex. This includes a charming Arabian-style souk and the Mina A'Salam, Al Qasr and Al Naseem hotels. Each of these hotels offers access to a list of bars and restaurants. covering a wide range of kitchens.
Bathing in Umm Suqeim
One of the advantages of Umm Suqeim is that it's just a stone's throw from the beach! Adventure seekers can head to Kite Beach, which abounds in water sports and activities for all.
Jumeirah beach is another famous spot within walking distance of many hotels. Umm Suqeim beach is also popular with residents. Here, you can surf, jog along the running track, go for a swim or stroll along the beach.
When it comes to recreation, it doesn't get much better than public beaches! However, the Dubai Offshore Sailing Club a favorite among expatriates of Dubai and is known for its family atmosphere. From this club, you have a beautiful view of the prestigious Burj Al Arab hotel.
Green spaces
There are a few green spaces and public parks in Umm Suqeim. Residents can often be seen jogging or cycling around the neighborhood or on the dedicated Kite Beach trails. Residents looking for an indoor workout can join one of the gyms, such as Fitness 360, Inspire in neighboring Al Manara, or cross Sheikh Zayed Road for Fitness First in the Oasis Center.
Umm Suqeim is a place not often visited by tourists. However, it is the perfect place to spend a quiet vacation in Dubai!
