It has a picturesque tropical ambience. The beach is a veritable work of art <strong>surrounded by towering palm trees and waterfront features.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The half-buried surfboards at La Mer in Dubai give the place a very artistic look. However, it will be impossible to swim on the beach or relax on the deckchairs. Most people <strong>end their nautical activities around 6:30 p.m.<\/strong>. They then enjoy the many attractions on site.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc115025033\"><\/a><strong>When did the Dubai Sea open?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This beach quickly became popular. Indeed, La Mer in Dubai has <strong>was opened to the public in October 2017<\/strong>. In just a few years, it has become a favorite with locals and tourists alike.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc115025034\"><\/a><strong>The sea in Dubai: what activities are available?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>There's plenty to do on the vast beach of La Mer. You can head to Sea Breeze, where you can spend some time in the sun or enjoy the water sports activities on the beach. Each activity has a different price, and I recommend that you <strong>prepare yourself accordingly<\/strong>. While most places accept credit cards, don't hesitate to take some change with you.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Rental of deckchairs and towels on the beach<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>A deckchair at the Sea Breeze <strong>costs 60 AED (\u20ac16)<\/strong>while a bundled offer of deckchairs <strong>costs AED 100 (\u20ac28)<\/strong>. This includes a deckchair, towel and parasol. A bundle of two deckchairs is even cheaper and includes <strong>costs just 180 AED (\u20ac50)<\/strong>. You can also <strong>rent an extra towel for AED 20 (\u20ac5)<\/strong> after depositing a rental fee of AED 50, which will be refunded when you return the towels.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Rent an air-conditioned room <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>There are four fully air-conditioned day rooms available until sunset. These fully furnished rooms <strong>cost 600 AED (\u20ac169)<\/strong>\u00a0for a group of four people and <strong>AED 100 per additional person, for a maximum of six people<\/strong>. Children under the age of 12 stay free of charge. <strong>a cash deposit of AED 1,000 is required.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Take advantage of discounts Discounts<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If you rent a day room or a deckchair package, you can benefit from<strong>a flat-rate discount of 20 %<\/strong> at selected La Mer outlets, caf\u00e9s and restaurants.<\/p>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc115025035\"><\/a><strong>Water sports<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>You can enjoy many types of water sports at La Mer. It's the perfect place for water sports enthusiasts. Choose from flyboarding, surfing, pedal-boating, kayaking, canoeing and more. <a href=\"https:\/\/dubaifacile.fr\/en\/jet-ski-rental-dubai\/\">jet ski<\/a> or paddle.<\/p>\n<p>Each activity offers different prices. You can count on :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>65 AED <\/strong>for 30 min and<strong> 110 AED<\/strong> for an hour's paddling<\/li>\n<li><strong>110 AED <\/strong>for 30 minutes and<strong> 160 AED<\/strong> for an hour on a pedalo<\/li>\n<li><strong>65 AED <\/strong>for 30 minutes and<strong> 110 AED<\/strong> for one hour of kayaking<\/li>\n<li><strong>195 AED <\/strong>for 15 minutes,<strong> 350 AED<\/strong> for 30 minutes and AED 580 for one hour of jet skiing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><a name=\"_Toc115025036\"><\/a><strong>My personal opinion of La Mer<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>What could be better than a seaside location in Dubai that offers a break from your daily routine? Head to La Mer beach with the whole family. <strong>for a relaxing day in the sun<\/strong>. Admire the Persian Gulf from your cabin, soak up the sun on the sun loungers, take a dip in the crystal-clear sea or try your hand at water sports.
